is a second generation Californian, born in Los Angeles. She studied art in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Hawaii. Lori studied with many artists, including Robert E. Wood and Jake Lee, internationally known watercolorists. Ann Templeton, an oil and pastel artist influenced her the most in her use of vivid colors. Lori's subject matter is varied, whether it be a portrait, a landscape or still life in oils, acryilics, pastels or watercolors. After many years of working in all these mediums, acrylics has become her meduim of choice. She has exhibited throughout the United States and has won countless awards. Her use of rich images, rounded forms, and soft lines contribute to her exciting impressionistic style. She now resides in Indiana and paints her impressions of life in this wonderful state.
